little steps got max/msp out on the train back from the south yesterday, and started writing a step sequencer for the monome 40h, something that i’ve been trying to do for a good few years (i believe it’s attempt 6 or so). every rewrite has got more and more efficient, and the code above is the best interation of it so far. no current monome step sequencers do what i want this one do...
