lecker lecker - make me a machine
this demented little tune marks the beginnings of myself and anneliese’s musical collaboration, known as “lecker lecker” (tasty tasty in german). we had envisaged happy, hyperactive computer game pop. what emerged was a dark exploration into anneliese’s subconscious, as she sat on the lounge rug and free-formed the lyrics, backed by lots of filtered delay. we did this track in about 20 mins. future ones will probably be less menacing.
